Frequently asked questions

Is the StayActive Apple Watch app free?

Yes. StayActive has no subscription and no ads, on the iPhone and on the watch.

Do I need my iPhone with me?

Your plan is on the watch, so you can log your workout with your iPhone in your bag. The watch hands the workout to your iPhone, which saves it to your history.

Does it build my workout plan?

Yes. StayActive builds a full multi-week plan with AI from your goal, schedule, equipment and injuries, and the watch shows each day of it.
