For experienced lifters who have stalled. Main lifts end with an AMRAP set to measure progress, accessories run as supersets, and every session finishes with a drop set or a set to failure.
When the same weights have felt the same for weeks, you need to make the training harder in a measurable way. This six-week block does that with three tools: an AMRAP final set on every main lift, supersets on the accessories, and a drop set or set to failure to finish each session.
The AMRAP set is your progress tracker. Do the prescribed sets on bench, pull-ups, squat, overhead press and hip thrust, then on the last set get as many clean reps as you can. If you beat your rep count from the previous week, add a little weight next time. The accessories are paired in supersets, so sessions stay around an hour despite the extra work.
The plan is deliberately short. Six weeks of this intensity is plenty. Take a lighter week afterwards, then go back to a regular program with your new numbers.
Train Monday Upper A, Tuesday Lower A, Thursday Upper B, Friday Lower B.

As Many Reps As Possible. On the last set of a main lift, keep doing clean reps until the next one would be slow or ugly, then stop. Logging the number each week shows whether you are actually getting stronger.
On that exercise, do your normal sets, then on the final set keep going until you cannot complete another rep with good form. It only appears on machine, cable and isolation work, where failing a rep is safe. Never take heavy squats, deadlifts or bench presses to failure.
When you finish the last set of an exercise marked "Drop set", the tracker adds a drop: reduce the weight by about 25% and keep going straight away with no rest. Log the drop like any other set.
High-intensity blocks work best when they are short. Six weeks is long enough to break through a plateau and short enough to finish before fatigue builds up. Follow it with a lighter week.
An AMRAP set means as many GOOD reps as possible: stop when the bar slows down sharply or your form changes, before an actual failed rep. Use a spotter or safety pins on bench and squat. This is a short, hard block: run it for 6 weeks, then take a lighter week.
